Experience the timeless elegance of the Sunstone Villa, an 8,500-square-foot Tuscan-inspired retreat surrounded by breathtaking vineyards in the heart of Santa Ynez Valley. Built from reclaimed limestone from centuries-old French châteaux and adorned with authentic antiques, the Villa offers five luxurious suites, each featuring a King bed and private bath, accommodating up to 10 guests (with additional sleeping arrangements available for a fee). The Villa’s grand interiors include elegant living spaces such as the Parlor, Great Room with Kitchen, Dining Room, Billiards Room, and Study, while its expansive terraces, courtyards, and eight fireplaces provide stunning vineyard and mountain views, perfect for intimate gatherings and curated culinary experiences. Guests can explore the estate’s vineyards or visit the award-winning Sunstone Winery Tasting Room, just steps away. Located minutes from Solvang, and surrounded by world-class dining and wine country, Sunstone Villa is the ultimate luxury escape.
Provence Suite
(2nd floor, 1484 sq ft): Our Provence Suite is a luxurious two-level retreat infused with Old-World European charm and breathtaking vineyard views. The upper-level King Primary Bedroom features two grand wood-burning fireplaces, a freestanding soaking tub, a walk-in stone shower, and his-and-hers toilet rooms for added privacy. A Juliette balcony overlooks the Central Courtyard and Grand Lawn, while French doors open to a sweeping private terrace with panoramic vineyard and mountain vistas. A private stone stairwell leads to the Great Room with Kitchen, where a magnificent gas fireplace, and generous seating and dining areas, create the idyllic setting for an intimate retreat or curated culinary experience.
Avignon Suite
(1st floor, 1,249 sq ft): Our Avignon Suite is a refined king bedroom plus living room sanctuary where Old World charm meets modern luxury. Thoughtfully designed with handcrafted details, rich textures, and European sophistication, this exquisite suite provides warmth, comfort, and an unparalleled retreat. The elegant bedroom features a sumptuous king bed and romantic seating area for two, evoking the charm of the Italian countryside, while a luxurious ensuite bath boasts a walk-in limestone shower and double vanity. The suite also includes a private living room (Parlor), offering a refined setting for relaxation or unwinding with a glass of wine. Located on the ground level, dramatic French doors open to a private patio, seamlessly leading to the Grand Lawn, where guests can enjoy peaceful morning reflections or evening relaxation.
Brittany Suite
(2nd floor, 688 sq ft): Our Brittany Suite offers Old-World romance and refined luxury in an enchanting retreat on the second level of the Sunstone Villa. This elegantly appointed suite features a plush King bed, a romantic seating area beside a cozy wood-burning fireplace, and an in-room oversized floating tub, walk-in limestone shower, and double vanity overlooking the vineyards. Two rose-adorned Juliette balconies provide breathtaking views of the Grand Lawn and Central Courtyard, while a private terrace offers a tranquil vineyard panorama.
Tuscany Suite
(2nd floor, 696 sq ft): Our Tuscany Suite at the Sunstone Villa is a luxurious Old-World European retreat, featuring dramatic vaulted ceilings, elegant French doors, expansive floor rugs, and a private balcony overlooking rolling vineyards and breathtaking sunsets. The spacious King Suite includes a double-chair seating area, a floating soaking tub, and a walk-in limestone shower, all wrapped in Tuscan-inspired elegance.
Le Petit Suite
(2nd floor, 361 sq ft): Our Le Petit Suite at the Sunstone Villa is a quaint and elegant retreat offering breathtaking vineyard views and refined comfort. This King Suite features a private bath with a limestone shower and separate toilet room, blending sophistication with tranquility. While it does not include outdoor seating, guests enjoy stunning vistas from within its serene interior. For added flexibility, an optional connecting door to the Tuscany Suite makes it ideal for families, couples, or groups seeking additional privacy.
